  Nourish has options for various diets. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free or meat eaters. They put dietary advice on signs for the ready-made foods and there is a menu and some choices for children. However this is a small place using a lot of local produce and products. So they change what's available all the time and foods can sell-out. It's a lovely place to eat healthy options and you can sit outside at one of the tables or takeaway.

  Friendly service and lots of healthy food choices. Plenty of options for vegetarians, vegan and celiac's. Can't speak to anything being certified GF. My order was taken quickly but the lady making coffees was also serving tables so there was a delay in actually getting the coffee. I found the roast used to be bitter. I noticed when they were making the coffee that the same milk and technique was used for flat whites and a cappuccino, which is odd. The person who ordered the cappuccino asked for regular milk and the flat whites were skinnys.
