  Opted for Medusa as it was much cheaper than other dog friendly hotels around CBD. The owners were super friendly and showed great hospitality. My dog was a little anxious and started barking as we walked down the hallway. He's bark is quite loud but the owners were extremely understanding Rooms are clean and basic toiletries provided. The interior of the rooms are equivalent to about a three star hotel. The only down points is that unlike other dog hotels, this one didn't have a backyard attached to the room. Make sure your dogs are toilet trained and be sure to walk them out frequently for bathroom breaks. But overall, had an enjoyable stay and the room was well worth its price

  Fabulous boutique hotel - cool contemporary interiors by Scott Weston in a grand 3 story Victorian terrace - go for the grand king size rooms with original pressed tin high ceilings and marble fire places to really get bang for your buck Aesop toiletries are great and nice having rooms where windows open and lots of natural light Staff here are great - very casual and welcoming like a home away from home and the hidden away courtyard pictured is very ambient at night time bringing the drama!

  Staff go above and beyond here, especially Luke, who made me feel so welcome and had lots of handy tips about getting around and local attractions. Great location and the room was lovely, definitely will be back!

  Such a great location, lovely hotel and really helpful pleasant staff. The view over the church garden and lovely bright rooms with afternoon breeze was perfect. Walkable into town and heaps of nice coffee shops/cafes nearby. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thanks
