Excellent food and staff all wrapped up in a warm and friendly Family atmosphere...what more could you wish for on a 10 degree evening after an easy 5-6 hr drive from either of Australia's most livable cities?

Such a welcoming place. We make a point of stopping in here whether we're passing through or staying in town. Beer is super cold, service and banter is super warm. Standard pub fair, but absolutely what you'd expect. In short ... it jist kind of feels like a welcoming friends parent's house. Beer garden out the back AND dog friendly!! Hard to find such a down to earth pub these days.
