  Off all the local watering holes that have been refurbished, this one seems most welcoming. With a selection of local craft beer great food and a comfortable decor. It ticks all the right boxes. I'LL BE BACK !!

  Very nice venue. Recently renovated. They main bar lighting is possibly the worst choice - just spotted downlights that feel like you're being interegated. However, you can go out the back into a beer garden type area that has live music, dining area and a fire. The food is good, well priced (2 for 1 meals on Mondays) and its just pretty solid all round.

  Menu is hit and miss. Salmon is great. The chef had accidently left glad wrap in my steak and Guinness pie. When I told staff she didn't seem concerned. Good beer selection. Great for kids, not great if you don't have kids as they made a racket on the fire engine in the beer garden. Renovations really well done. Good clean pub, which is what you want if you're a local.

  Whole hotel upgraded recently. Looks great. Atmosphere is lively, very family friendly. Foods ok with indoor and outdoor seating.

  Recently moved to the area and went to the Salisbury to check it out. Great pub with an eclectic atmosphere. Can't wait for summer to fully enjoy the outside area. Food is amazing too and a good deal. Will be back as my local.
