  Attended this pub as part of a friend's bucks party. It's one of the many pubs around the Surry Hills area and was a great meet up point for the start of the night. There's many tables and seats available and accommodated the 20 or so people in our group easily. Food was great - we shared a few of the options on the menu with the group. Overall a great place to have a drink, have something to eat and meet up with friends in a relaxed atmosphere.

  Tucked away on a backstreet corner in Surry Hills is one of the best craft beer bars, not only in Sydney, but Australia. Constant rotating taps including two hand pumps. The food is fantastic. A great range of burgers (Royale with Cheese is a standout) while in the rear of the hotel is the bamboo dumpling bar for some great affordable Asian food.

  Very nice old school pub. Went for a tap takeover, great selection on offer (ten pressurized plus two hand pump), and good bar snacks.

  The bar area is a little small, but the range of beers on tap is outstanding and the attached dumpling place, whilst a little expensive, served great food and had friendly staff. I'd happily make this a regular watering hole for my friends and I if any of us lived nearby. Definitely recommend
