  Amazing beers brewed on site. The fully filtered and pasteurized type but very tasty. The Three Sheets Pale Ale is consistently good and the Old Admiral is my favourite dark ale in Australia. All beers available for take out. The tapped beers are always available and there is usually a limited release or seasonal brew available too. Plenty of cozy spaces throughout the hotel and an outdoor area too.

  Been a few times and can't complain. Great location, service is good and food is tasty. We went last night with our puppy and despite us not being allowed inside with him every staff member took turns to take him inside and show him off ???? They have an upstairs dining area (closed until June/July) but ample downstairs eating space and some tables outside. Can get busy on weekends and weeknights but generally if you wait you will get a table. It's got a nice English pub feel to it for those English who are touring and need some comfort. Parking can be tricky but if you are drinking probably wise to take public transport. Short walk into the CBD.

  THE best small pub in Australia. If you're in the area and have never been it's highly recommended. Really nice atmosphere and the fireplace is always going on cold days. Also they've been brewing their own beer onsite before most of these hipster craft brewers were even born. Food is great too and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Three Sheets and Trafalgar Ale are my favourites.

  Last time i visited here was back in 2012 and I am delighted to say it's not changed! Quality of the beer is up there which is great news as they brew their own ale; something for ever taste is on offer. They also do bar snacks, simple stuff like crisps and nuts, but the cheese board is something like I've never seen before - well worth it, other bar food are pies.. so can't grumble. They do have evening meals each night from18:00.. Monday was pie night, Tuesday was curry night. To top it all off they have a logburning fire... Worth hunting out.

  A warm and welcoming pub. Friendly staff and very tasty beer. "3 Sheets" is one of my favourite readily available beers.
