  Stayed for our wedding, had 3 rooms booked. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, rooms were neat, tidy and comfortable. Perfect location in the centre of Ipswich, close to our ceremony and reception venues. Big thanks to the cleaning staff for staying back and cleaning one of the rooms, which had been used the previous night by the groom and groomsmen. We had other wedding guests staying in that particular room that evening and they gave it a full clean before their arrival, even though it was out of hours for them.

  Interchanging rooms and children next door. Could hear baby crying through the walls. Beds and pillows were comfy. Staff welcoming and lovely. We had a late night arrival.

  We received impeccable service! We arrived late, but were greeted in a very friendly manner. We checked out our room, which was clean and very spacious. We decided to go for a walk to a local shop, and received perfect directions from reception. The only (minor) complaint that I would have is that the water pressure, in the shower, was very low.
