Nice place to eat at, has Seniors meals, and generally a tap beer special. Has a kid's play room. Good service.

This is a quaint little pub that I've always enjoyed coming to. It seems to have picked up recently, doesn't feel as drab as it used to. The atmosphere is relaxing in either the bistro or gaming lounge and a little more wild in the Sports Bar/Smokers Area. There's complimentary Tea or Coffee, sometimes with cake, and cold drinks for gaming patrons. The meals in the bistro are really good and reasonably priced. I love the salt and pepper calamari and the garlic bread served here! Steaks are pretty great too. The side salads are a bit hit and miss but usually edible. Some nights of a weekend it is best to book as it does fill up. Minimal staff and the service is laid back but always friendly. Also quite a few promotional events such as karaoke etc held here if you're into that sort of thing. Amenities are a bit knocked about (can't help rowdy patrons) but usually kept fairly clean. Overall it's definitely an establishment worth coming to!

Came for dinner wed night. We had the rib and rump. A very decent portion, my steak cooked perfect medium rare and was tender, as were the ribs. Small criticism the salad a little flavorless but not complaining for the price. Kids meals a lot of choices which is great and fair prices. Had a pint of great northern very good cold and fresh. Was disappointed no Moscato available by the glass in a hotel this size. A very popular varietal with the ladies. Staff behind the bar and floor very pleasant and good customer focused attitude. On the whole very well ? done
