  Clean and big rooms. Service was really good. Location is great and right next to cafes and restaurants. The buffet breakfast was good with a variety of options. Parking is 30$ per day which I feel is a bit overpriced (also because I didn't notice it when I made the booking). Staff was great and helpful, happily extended my checkout time as well.

  Overall the stay was very pleasent and enjoyable. It was disappointing the poolside bar was closed for refurbishments. Although they offer a buffet breakfast, it.would of been nice to see breakfast items offered in the room service menu, as I would of order this as we packed in the morning. Although tea and coffee was offered in room, it would of also been nice to have somewhere I could of got an espresso coffee from in the morning other than walking to a local cafe. The spa and pool area was lovely. However way to cold to swim. We spent a short time in the sea, however with the strong winds may it too cold to stay in. The small interaction we had with staff was pleasent and nothing to complain about. The room we had, had a nice view over the water, the balcony only had 2 chairs and a small table. Not sure what we would of done had we our boy with us and all wanted to sit on the balcony. Overall very enjoyable and would consider again.

  Once we had arrived we were greeted with friendly staff and a very clean and spacious room. We were lucky enough that we were actually upgraded to a bigger room free of charge which was incredibly nice. The TV and everything in the room was great however I will say that I am a taller person (over 6") and the shower was far to small for me and I had to crouch the entire time, was not a fault of the room just an observation. The views were incredible. Right in the heart of surfers we did not need to take any transport anywhere except the airport. The buffet breakfast was nice. Booking it the night before made it cheaper for both of us. They also were able to freshly cook some fried eggs for us as there was only scrambled ones made and they did not have any fuss. Would most definitely visit when we come back

  We had an amazing stay. Was my birthday so got upgraded room. Had awesome views over the river and the bed was so comfortable, great sleep after some big days and nights. Good location and central to trams, buses and town. Staff were really nice. For the price, recommend to anyone.

  Visited relatives staying at the hotel and had a late lunch in the bar/pool area. Great atmosphere, reasonably priced and good portion sizes. One of the ordered meals didn't arrive but it was quickly rectified when we pointed it out to staff. Seating area is very versatile with partitions that were pulled across by staff too block the cool breeze. Music being played was CrowdDJ that enables you to choose the music from your phone. Very enjoyable afternoon.
