  I had a really great lunch here. I wanted something light so had the roasted cauliflower starter as a main course. This ticked lots of boxes for flavour and presentation. My husband and brother had the fish and chips with salad which looked plentiful and was wnjoyed by both. The cafe has a funky, contemporary vibe with timber floors, lots of pot plants and comfy furniture. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable without being over the top. The prices are reasonable.

  Loooonnggg wait on a Saturday lunch time but food was nice once it arrives. Next time would be good for the staff to give an ETA.

  With great service and excellent food, The Metz has been a long favourite of mine and friends for multiple occasions. The pizzas have the most freshest and delicious bases Ive had, and we all love the Signature Calamari. The staff are always happy to recommend new Specials and I appreciate their abilities to provide great service even when it gets busy. Thanks Metz!

  One of my favourite Launceston restaurants - I visit these guys any time I'm in town. Excellent service and excellent food with a nice little bar to sit at while you wait for your friends to arrive if you want to start with a drink.
