  Clean. Food is so-so and breakfast is optional. No shaving kit. Internet needs some effort to get working. Staff very friendly and helpful. Janet is lovely. Angeline was a great help with the internet. Ellie was very helpful and patient when I asked for duct tape. This is more like an excellent motel, due largely to its wonderful staff. Keep that in mind and you will not be disappointed.

  I attended an education session " My health record: How to inform your patients about opt out" on 5 July 2018 at 1 Columbia circuit,baulkham hills nsw, 2153 from 6.30pm to 9.30om. There are plenty of car spaces for visitors. The buffet dinner provided and the service were great. This hotel is of high standard overall.

  Nice hotel close to norwest. Plenty of free parking out the front and only about 45 mins from airport. Great customer service throughout hotel. Lifts are a bit old and noisy but only 4 floors so wasn't too bad. Rooms great with good views. Pool looks amazing with lights at night. Breakfast buffet was good and changed each day, free barista coffee too.

  Came down with my girlfriend for a quick dinner. Super friendly staff, clean environment, service speed was ok. Food was average. Nice lighting and decor. My girlfriend dropped her band card behind, 5 days later we traced our steps to find the card here with integrity. Like a said very friendly and honest staff.
